What is your theological background?
I am an Ordained Minister and Associate of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. I have a Masters of Divinity Degree from Candler School of Theology/Emory University, Atlanta, GA; A Masters of Arts in Religion from Memphis Theological Seminary, Concentration in Worship & Creative Arts; and a Certificate of Study/Harvard Divinity School/Summer Institute on Economic Development, Boston, MA
How long have you been performing weddings?
I was ordained in 2009, and have been performing weddings ever since.
What do you like BEST about weddings?
I like the giving and placing of the ring on each other’s’ finger before the sealing of the marriage with the pronouncement and kiss because it symbolizes the type of love God ordained for marriage —a love without beginning or end— continuous.
